If you watch that GIF very closely you'll see that nothing is quite the same in both pics but you will also see that it is definitely the same.
Look at the placement of the magazine rack, the curve in the desk, the cigar tray, etc….. the pic was aligned to the lamp and nothing else, so the lamp was moved ever so slightly since the pic was taken.
