Yes. It is without a doubt from that stock photo.
this is the only thing that would be a justifiable reason for him posting that pic under the implication that "its proof" that he (Q) was inside AF1
If it has nothing to do with apple, well… Q just pulled a fraud move.
The ashtray, files, notepad, etc are all identical, even the separations in the folds of the curtains are spaced identically to the stock photo.
