I will be attending the the Federal Appeals Court Arguments on Presidential Immunity in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday. Of course I was entitled, as President of the United States and Commander in Chief, to Immunity. I wasn’t campaigning, the Election was long over. I was looking for voter fraud, and finding it, which is my obligation to do, and otherwise running running our Country. If I don’t get Immunity, then Crooked Joe Biden doesn’t get Immunity, and with the Border Invasion and Afghanistan Surrender, alone, not to mention the Millions of dollars that went into his “pockets” with money from foreign countries, Joe would be ripe for Indictment. By weaponizing the DOJ against his Political Opponent, ME, Joe has opened a giant Pandora’s Box.

Cases involving then-President Donald Trump
In November 2019, Henderson indicated she wanted to revisit a 3-panel ruling allowing Congress to access Trump's tax records. The DC Circuit rejected her view by an 8–3 vote. She was the only judge to dissent who was not appointed by Trump.[15]
In February 2020, Henderson joined the opinion of Circuit Judge Thomas B. Griffith when the majority held that the United States House Committee on the Judiciary could not enforce a subpoena upon President Trump's former White House Counsel, Don McGahn.[16] Henderson wrote a concurrence arguing that the House did not have standing to sue here, while Circuit Judge Judith W. Rogers wrote a dissent.[17] The full D.C. Circuit rejected this position on August 8, 2020.[18]
In June 2020, Henderson joined the opinion of fellow Circuit Judge Neomi Rao issuing a writ of mandamus ordering a district court judge to grant a motion brought by federal prosecutor's asking that the criminal charges against Michael Flynn be dismissed.[19] The district judge appealed[20] and after hearing the case en banc, the appeals court on August 31, 2020, ruled 8–2 against issuing the writ of mandamus, with Rao and Henderson joining each other's dissents.[21]
On November 30, 2021, Henderson authored a unanimous ruling requiring the DOJ hand over more of the Mueller report, citing the Freedom of Information Act.[22][23]

Personal life
In 2004, Pan married attorney Max Stier, whom she met at Stanford Law School and who serves as the president and CEO of the Partnership for Public Service, at the Embassy of New Zealand in Washington, D.C.[30]
>In 2004, Pan married attorney Max Stier,
In 1995,Stier joined the Washington D.C. firm of Williams & Connolly where he was part of President Bill Clinton's defense team during the Clinton–Lewinsky scandal.[3]
Stier was always concerned with the quality of government workers and was able to convince hedge fund manager Samuel Heyman to contribute $25 million to start up a not-for-profit dedicated to attracting qualified young people to government service, the Partnership for Public Service.[4][2]
>In 2004,Pan married attorney Max Stier,

In a 2007 interview with the Chronicle of Philanthropy, Partnership president Max Stier complained about the declining interest in government jobs among young people. “When John F. Kennedy issued his call to service, to government, it was a lot simpler world. The president could actually move a nation in a way that is much harder to do today,” he said. He attributed the cause for low numbers of young federal workers at the time to a variety of reasons, including the Vietnam War causing the government to gain lasting negative connotation, the profitability of the private sector, a high number of federal employees eligible for retirement, slow hiring processes, and “politically appointed” agency leaders obstructing new hires.5
According to the same interview,Stier had apparently welcomed the way that the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center “really made the government relevant in people’s lives in a way it hadn’t been for a couple generations.”He added, “9/11 made us realize in fact we were at risk, and that the primary vehicle to address this challenge was our government.”6 He also advised that the American public should think of civil service workers in the same way that they think of the military.7
In 1995, Stier was hired by the Williams & Connolly law firm. While Stier was working for Williams & Connolly, the firm represented former President Bill Clinton during the Monica Lewinsky scandal.25 Future Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh worked for then-Independent Counsel Ken Starr, who wrote a report establishing grounds for Bill Clinton’s impeachment.2627
Nearly twenty years later,in September 2019, the New York Times reported that Stier had alleged that Kavanaugh involved himself in an indecent sexual act during a college party when he was a student at Yale University.28The female student involved in the alleged incident did not speak with Times reporters; the Times later appended an editor’s note stating that “friends say she does not recall the episode.”29 Stier’s account reportedly made it to the Times second-hand.30
