Anon is considering a major abandonment now with with 5k Tops, mostly would be stepping out in big faith and I guess never looking back at how what I leave behind is handled.
Anyone have actual experience staying at homeless shelters or YMCA's on the run? Can't lie… God has shown me MANY signs of His faithfulness in this weeks-long endeavour, but it's still a big leap to LITERALLY walk away from your home of 3 weeks (a rented vehicle) with just a suitcase and way-inadequate "papers" to a promised land you only hope exists based upon loose comms.
Where does one wisely dispose of rented wheels? Got sign I was doing it in the wrong place.

Sounds like good Hollywood visuals but real-world feasible/escapable? How would one not get swept away or immediately picked up by the police afterward?
