Strikes in Germany: farmers have blocked much of the country. Subsidies have been ended, and astronomical amounts spent on Ukraine are still growing. And Germany is the main funder. NASA’s unilateral and unprecedented decision to cut funding for the Mars Sample Return mission is putting American leadership in space in jeopardy, as well as CA jobs.
NASA must reverse course. Now is not the time to back away from this critical mission and the brilliant people working on it.
