"A man was arrested after crashing his car into the gate of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) building in McLean, Va. early Monday morning, according to the United States Attorney's Office.
Thomas Luu is being charged with felony destruction of government property, according to court documents from the U.S. Attorney's Office-Eastern District of Virginia.
Luu had an initial court appearance Monday afternoon, officials say."
