Yes. Midterms should never be assumed to be in the bag, nor should it be assumed that 2020 is guaranteed. The electorate is fickle, and the Republicans can very easily screw this up for Trump, especially if they mishandle things like healthcare.
I've noticed this very board slowly moving further and further and further to the right. Please remember that not everyone that likes and supports Trump is a Republican. You will all, and I do mean ALL as because I am starting to see some of this crap from people who should know better, do well to remember some of us, both here on the board and in the country in general crossed the aisle to be on the Trump train.
