if i read this correctly.
the agreement only covers nonviolent crimes which he admitted to.
if they find anything else which he hasn't already admitted to, it's game fucking on.
do we also have the referenced admission?
the plea says "AND which you have informed us of in the attached document" (paraphrased a little)
so if he didn't disclose something, he's effed. if he committed anything violent and disclosed it, he's effed.
read the whole if/then/and statement, parse it out.
I'm no lawfag, but it seems oddly specific.
