I'm confused. Who are we supposed to trust more, the Police, or the 'Chosen ones' that climbed out of the sewer to escape and fought with the Police?

Hasidic Jews fighting with Police to cover the tunnel discovery up. A Hasidic Jew climbs out of the sewer onto the sidewalk and tries to avoid being filmed. Another one is wanted for masturbating openly on a Metro tram.
