Lohmeier: There's been a overpoliticization of the military workplace, and the forcing of trainings that are anti-American, that criticize our founders, that allege that white supremacy is a problem within the military ranks, which has never been proven, and all of that rhetoric that occurred once Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin took office, led to a bunch of moaning and bitching and complaining behind closed doors of our servicemembers, and I heard it as a commander, and so I wrote a formal written IG complaint about it that was dismissed by senior leaders because they were afraid of the political and racial climate that we've created in this country, and so they were afraid to hold one another accountable for their politics.
Lohmeier: I recently read that pilot bonuses in our Air Force are up to six hundred thousand dollars, and that's more than double what it was when I was flying F-15s ten years ago, and a question I have is why is it that they would chose, despite such an increase in the incentive bonus, to leave, go fly with the airlines, separate, go into retirement…and I've heard responses like, 'well we heard the Air Force spokesperson say we'd like to reduce the number of white pilots from eighty-five percent, to sixty-seven point five percent'.
Lohmeier: I had a base commander, who in the lead up to an election, threatened forfeiture of pay for all of the members of his base if he caught a whiff of Trump support in the lead up to the election…it was a direct express outcome of his ideological worldview
