I listened to the Livestream hearing today when this subject was briefly mentioned. The Judge said he didn't know when the State would respond to this motion to dismiss because of this misconduct.

WTF kind of Judge is this? Judges set deadlines for responses to motions. Also criminal rules of procedure dictate a drop dead timeframe when motions must be responded to. If no response in time, it is granted as uncontested
