So this perfectly explains the observations and behavior of the so called tic-tac UFO's being reported and filmed by NAVY pilots. It's not AWIENS. It's us.

Anon understands gravitational waves and anon understands the NAVY patent but I don't understand what gravitational waves have to do with the NAVY's Inertial Mass Reduction Device? Are they implying that this device (IMRD) can cause a gravitational wave?
