huh, in D&D (Dungeons and Dragons) there are dice. one "rolls" the dice. dice have different number of faces (anon's introduction to sacred geometry!). when rolling e.g. a 4-sided die, often the dungeon master instructs the player, "roll a D4". there a 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 20 sided dice in the game. there is no 5 sided die.
