HANGMAN flying around LA Longbeach relevant?

Most intense name I've seen for a callsign so far in all my days plane fagging. Although I don't usually focus on areas out of my region. Lots of chatter on the chans about nukes being active/some detonated, very compartmentalized. Apparently no fly zones in China? Not seeing much in the way of real intel on any of this, checked my radiation maps with updates and no changes, but wouldn't expect to see any if there were any issues, so kind of doesn't tell much either way. HANGMAN. Seems like a big deal.
