Anon listened to this vid. Apparently they are going to be giving work permits to illegals that they "cannot track." So giving them a unique identifiers in the form of a work permit, "Louisiana Purchase" cards, phones and designated free (segregated) housing, but they can't be tracked or found…got it. (nudge nudge wink wink)
