Towards how much did he send it? With what, if any, restrictions, embargo? Etc.?

How long before hits public?

Why wait days? Wouldn't anyone of us, if received, work all night, or as long/fast needed to release basics as soon as possible?

It seems already out of digging and conversation for couple of breads besides notable notice, while I would think this would be the main investigation and digging at this moment.
