It used to be that way, because US interference used to be part of destabilization efforts. But that's not what's going to happen this time.
This time, there is going to be REAL PEACE in these nations, and a quick transition to becoming fully integrated in the world economy. Newfound economic growth is going to make former "hell holes" attractive for investments, newfound prosperity is going to make them attractive as markets too, and migrants will start returning home in mass to enjoy the good life in the nations they love. Only those who have actually integrated themselves in the West will remain, and they aren't the ones causing any problems.
Listen: the mullahs of Iran are only there because the US installed them back when the US was under cabal control! But now when the swamp is being drained, you'll see the US spread peace and stability instead of deposing decent regimes and installing criminals, puppets, and dictators.
It's a new world. Get used to it.
