But, we can deduce the relative date of Q's most recent HK street photo by figuring our when the Western Pacific Kindergarten changed locations.

I was mistaken. google street view from the exact location that Q's pic is taken from.

So the kindergarten must have been moved and signs removed BEFORE January 2017.

I understand your Wayback MAchine souces.."Wayback" puts our cap at Nov 2017

 

But the google street view puts the cap back to January 2017, since the sign was already gone by then.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if it took them 10 months to update a website (or the website wa sjust not archived when it changed in Jan 2017)

A different angle from the January 2017 Google Streetview sources.

 

The building entryway sign was still there in Jan 2027, but the over-street signage had been removed.

 

COnclusion: Previous date cap of Jan 2017 is false.

 

Only legit date cap we have now is Nov 2017, as per the Wayback MAchine archives for theaddress chagne on their website.

the tip-off is the "２樓" at the end which means "2nd floor"…the original locaiton was not on the 2nd floor, but the new one is.

 

Therefore Q's pic must have been taken BEFORE September 2016.
