Anyone wanting to lose weight and get into shape without moving a toe?
Just go pure protein diet (red meat, cheese, fish), eat as much of this you want. You´ll start to lose weight faster than you would in the gym (but also work out with this diet, if you want).
I have one day a week off, eat whatever I want, but otherwise stricht protein diet. No breakfast (except coffee and sigarettes (the breakfast of kings)), try not to eat before noon and after dinner (except fruits).
Do this and you´ll need smaller clothes within a month or two. It still takes time and persistance, but it´s worth it, and if you like meat, you´ll love it.
