Anyone wanting to lose weight and get into shape without moving a toe?

 

Just go pure protein diet (red meat, cheese, fish), eat as much of this you want. You´ll start to lose weight faster than you would in the gym (but also work out with this diet, if you want).

 

I have one day a week off, eat whatever I want, but otherwise stricht protein diet. No breakfast (except coffee and sigarettes (the breakfast of kings)), try not to eat before noon and after dinner (except fruits).

 

Do this and you´ll need smaller clothes within a month or two. It still takes time and persistance, but it´s worth it, and if you like meat, you´ll love it.

Yes, I´ve seen this word for it, or something similar.

 

I learned about this via Natural Hygene, some old book called Fit for Life, by "Diamond" husband and wife.

 

…but then I just started testing and forming my diet around this.

 

and it works. it´s strange how well this works for losing weight. Takes a bit of time to get going, but then it doesn´t stop.

chicken is okey. Just focus on "protein" but you can´t have f.ex. rice with the chicken. It has to be pure protein.

 

It has something to do with way the stomach digests the food. Study this natural hygiene for more info.

 

So just any meat, fish, cheese. Follow this intensely, only protein, but then you get a day off every week, go all out on whatever you want.
