Atlanta DA Fani Willis Plays the Race Card Giving Proactive Speech at Big Bethal AME Church

January 14, 2024 | Sundance |

Two high level takeaways. First, please pay attention to the venue {GO DEEP}, as CTH has documented for 10+ years theAME church network is the epicenter of racially driven political influence. BLM are the activist foot soldiers; AME are the network organizers.BLM harvest the ballots; AME are the precinct workers who scan them as many times as needed. This is the “Atlanta way,” that duplicates in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Charlotte, Detroit, Chicago, Baltimore and Madison.

Second,Fani Willis must anticipate a major problem with her caseand conduct if she is proactively going to the crew who will be tasked with circling the wagons on her defense. In this video soundbite Fani Willis plays the race card to her audience at Big Bethal AME church in Atlanta. WATCH:

Fani Willis’ full speech was 35 minutes long and filled with racially driven context.

The AME church network is the same political system used by Barack “if I had a son” Obama, Benjamin Crump, Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin in Miami-Dade/Orlando. The same network in Ferguson Missouri (Mike Brown), the same network in Baltimore, Maryland (Freddy Gray), and on it goes.

The AME network is a system built on the guise of religion, but fraught with politics, racial division, the retention of pretenses and massive fraud.

Sketchy Stuff Again – This Announcement and Story Just Doesn’t Pass Sniff Test

January 14, 2024 | Sundance |

I hate to be captain obvious again, but maybe people have not noticed this story. Something isn’t right and just doesn’t add up. The events took place last Thursday, the comments by National Security Council spokesman John Kirby are today.

Look at the contrast between what U.S. Central Command put out -vs- the first AP report on the same incident.

[CentCom Source LINK]

Now look at the AP FIRST NOTICE reporting:

Two U.S. Navy SEALs are missing after conducting a nighttime boarding mission Thursday off the coast of Somalia, according to three U.S. officials.

The SEALs were on an interdiction mission, climbing up a vessel when one got knocked off by high waves. Under their protocol, when one SEAL is overtaken the next jumps in after them.

Both SEALs are still missing. A search and rescue mission is underway and the waters in the Gulf of Aden, where they were operating, are warm, two of the U.S. officials said. (read more)

We are supposed to believe that two naval special force operators, Navy SEALS, doing a ship-to-ship transfer, fully kitted, fell into the water, suddenly disappeared and could not be located in the two days between the CentCom announcement (Jan 11) and the AP report (Jan 13).

Eh… nope. Sketchy!

So, here’s National Security Council spokesman John Kirby today. WATCH:

Notice the emphasis on…. “The mission was not related to Operation Prosperity Guardian, the ongoing U.S. and international mission to provide protection to commercial vessels in the Red Sea, or the retaliatory strikes that the United States and the United Kingdom have conducted in Yemen over the past two days.”…

Sorry, but when you spend so much time telling me what it is not, I suspect it is exactly what you say it isn’t.

So, my non-pretending Occam’s razor takeaway:

Two Navy SEAL combat “KIA’s”, killed in action directly as a result of U.S. operations in/around Yemen, have been turned into two innocuous Navy SEAL “MIA’s” because their death would be politically problematic for the administration.

NBC Admits Deep State Exists – Key Operative, Mary McCord

January 14, 2024 | Sundance1/2

NBC published an extensive article outlining how the DC administrative state is responding to the potential for another President Trump victory [SEE HERE]. Once again, a very specific name surfaces who is part of the organizational effort to stop Donald Trump. {EMPHASIS mine}

(NBC) – […] Now, bracing for Trump’s potential return, a loose-knit network of public interest groups and lawmakers is quietly devising plans to try to foil any efforts to expand presidential power, which could include pressuring the military to cater to his political needs.

Those taking part in the effort told NBC News they are studying Trump’s past actions and 2024 policy positions so that they will be ready if he wins in November. That involves preparing to take legal action and send letters to Trump appointees spelling out consequences they’d face if they undermine constitutional norms.

“We’re already starting to put together a team to think through the most damaging types of things that he [Trump] might do so that we’re ready to bring lawsuits if we have to,” said Mary McCord, executive director of the Institution for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection at Georgetown Law.

Part of the aim is to identify like-minded organizations and create a coalition to challenge Trump from day one, those taking part in the discussions said. Some participants are combing through policy papers being crafted for a future conservative administration. They’re also watching the interviews that Trump allies are giving to the press for clues to how a Trump sequel would look. (more) (They be scared, because Kash and others have already targeted people in the Admin will be fired on day one. They know they are targeted.)

There she is again, Mary McCord, the former head of the DOJ National Security Division, and the one specific functionary that is found at the epicenter of every single deep state Lawfare operation against President Trump. However, that citation is not the biggest reveal in the past several days….

Pay very close attention to these next two citations:

November 3, 2021 – In Washington DC – “Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) and the HouseJan. 6 Select Committee has tapped Mary McCord, who once ran the Justice Department’s National Security Division, for representation in its fight to obtain former President Donald Trump’s White House records. (read more)

Then consider:

January 10, 2024 – Georgia prosecutors probing Donald Trump’s effort to subvert the 2020 election got an early boost in the spring of 2022. It came from another set of investigators who were way ahead of them: the House Jan. 6 select committee.

Committee staff quietly met with lawyers and agents working for Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis in mid-April 2022, just as she prepared to convene a special grand jury investigation. In the previously unreported meeting, the Jan. 6 committee aides let the district attorney’s team review — but not keep — a limited set of evidence they had gathered. (read more)

The “J6 committee staff” that led the conversations with Fani Willis is a person, and that person’s name is Mary McCord. As the lead in the J6 staff effort, there is simply no way to believe thecommittee staff that met with Fani Willis did not include McCord….

2/2

You know what seems bizarre to me?

What seems bizarre is how I began writing about the detailed activity of Mary McCord FOUR YEARS AGO. Literally four years ago last Friday, and everything that has followed from her activity in October 2016 through to the present day is singularly focused on the removal of President Trump. Yet, almost no one seems to connect the obvious dots. Why?

What is it about Mary McCord and Washington DC circles that pundits and political researchers fear?

You read me writing about the key functionaries inside the system. To give you an idea of the scope of influence of Mary McCord as a key functionary, consider what we can document.

♦ McCord submitted the fraudulent FISA application to spy on Trump campaign.

♦ McCord created the “Logan Act” claim used against Michael Flynn and then went with Sally Yates to confront the White House.

♦ McCord then left the DOJ and went to work for Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler.

♦ McCord organized the CIA rule changes with Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson.

♦ McCord led and organized the impeachment effort, in the background, using the evidence she helped create.

♦ McCord joined the FISA Court to protect against DOJ IG Michael Horowitz newly gained NSD oversight and FISA review.

♦ McCord joined the J6 Committee helping to create all the lawfare angles they deployed.

♦ McCord then coordinated with DA Fani Willis in Georgia.

♦ McCord is working with Special Counsel Jack Smith to prosecute Trump.

In short, Mary McCord is the lawfare string that winds through every legal ‘stop Trump’ effort; yet no one ever calls her out?

This is what McCord and the DS is afraid of

Kash Patel tells members of media, government: 'We're going to come after you' in Trump's 2nd term

The former Trump administration official appeared on Steve Bannon's podcast.

ByLalee Ibssa and Soo Rin Kim December 6, 2023, 6:15 PM

For weeks on the campaign trail, former President Donald Trump has been suggesting the possibility that, if elected, he would use the office of the presidency to seek retribution against his political enemies, promising to "root out" opponents who "live like vermin" and saying he wouldn't be a dictator "except for Day One."

Now, a key political ally who's been touted as a possible acting attorney general under Trump is doubling down on those threats, vowing to target those he called "conspirators" among journalists and government officialsduring a potential second Trump administration.

"We will go out and find the conspirators not just in government, but in the media," said former Defense Department official Kash Patel during an appearance on Steve Bannon's War Room podcast.

Patel, who served as chief of staff in the Department of Defense during the Trump administration and Trump's counterterrorism adviser on the National Security Council, was asked by Bannon if he would be able to deliver "serious prosecution and accountability" against their political opponents during a second Trump presidency.

"We're going to come after you whether it's criminally or civilly," Patel said of Trump's political foes. "We'll figure that out."

"This is just not rhetoric," Bannon said. "We're absolutely dead serious."

"You cannot have a constitutional republic and allow what these Deep Staters have done to the country," said Bannon, repeating unsubstantiated conspiracy theories about sinister elite groups controlling the country.

The former president faces 91 felony counts across four different court cases, including federal charges for unlawfully trying to overturn the results of the 2020 election, and has pleaded not guilty to all charges. He says he is being prosecuted for political reasons.

Patel was touted by Donald Trump Jr. during an interview last month as a possible acting attorney general should Trump return to the White House. The Trump campaign did not immediately respond to ABC News' request for comment.

Kash's comments come as Trump has ratcheted up his anti-government and anti-media rhetoric on the campaign trail. Last week he called for a government crackdown on MSNBC after the network criticized him on air.

"Our so-called 'government' should come down hard on them and make them pay for their illegal political activity," Trump wrote on his social media site, adding, "Much more to come, watch!"

His post immediately drew concern from journalists and media critics who see his message as a threat to the freedom of the press protected by the First Amendment. (Freedom of Speech doesn’t allow you to make up Hoaxs to destroy a president, assholes.)

Dec 1, 2023 - Politics & Policy

And this is what Mary McCord and the DS is afraid of

Behind the Curtain — Scoop: The Trump job applications revealed (This is not scoop)

We told you in a "Behind the Curtain" column last month that Trump allies are pre-screening the ideologies of thousands of potential appointees and employees in case he wins back the White House. Now we have copies of the exact questionnaires Trump allies are using — and that then-President Trump used himself during his final days in office.

Why it matters: These future Trumpers would staff an unprecedented effort to centralize and expand presidential power at every level of the administration.

• Trump insiders are planning a far more targeted and sophisticated sequel to his haphazard first term, when internal feuding deterred policy wins or permanent changes to government.

• The 2020 questionnaire — paired with the application the Heritage Foundation is currently collecting from job prospects for a future administration — points to a top-down government-in-waiting that would be driven more by ideology than by policy expertise or innovation.

• Trump, the overwhelming favorite for the Republican nomination, is being explicit about his plans for retribution and disruption if he wins the 2024 election. So how he would staff his government is of immense consequence.

Driving the news: The 2020 "Research Questionnaire," which we obtained from a Trump administration alumnus, was used in the administration's final days — when most moderates and establishment figures had been fired or quit, and loyalists were flexing their muscles. Questions include:

• "What part of Candidate Trump's campaign message most appealed to you and why?"

• "Briefly describe your political evolution. What thinkers, authors, books, or political leaders influenced you and led you to your current beliefs? What political commentator, thinker or politician best reflects your views?"

• "Have you ever appeared in the media to comment on Candidate Trump, President Trump or other personnel or policies of the Trump Administration?"

The big picture: Similar questions are being asked for the Talent Database being assembled by the Heritage Foundation's Project 2025 — the most sophisticated, expensive pre-transition planning ever undertaken for either party:

• "Name one person, past or present, who has most influenced the development of your political philosophy."

• "Name a book that has most significantly shaped your political philosophy, and please explain its influence on your thinking."

• "Name one living public policy figure whom you greatly admire and why."

Between the lines: An alumnus of the Trump White House told us both documents are designed to test the sincerity of someone's MAGA credentials and determine "when you got red-pilled," or became a true believer.

See for yourself: As an exclusive for Axios readers, at the bottom of this story you can read both the Trump questionnaire and 2025 application in full.

Both documents are striking for their emphasis on what you believe rather than your credentials or accomplishments.

• They reflect a vision for a centralized administration where people throughout the administration would pick up the phone and say: "Yes, sir."

Details: The Heritage Foundation told us Project 2025 officials have collected more than 5,000 applications — months before a Republican nominee is locked in.

• Heritage president Kevin Roberts said recently that Project 2025's mission is to get the next conservative president "ready to govern in themost aggressive, ambitious, audacious way to destroy the Deep State and devolve power back to the individual Americans." The groundwork by Heritage, which is nonpartisan in its tax designation, is technically available to any future conservative nominee.

• But the presence of Johnny McEntee, former director of Trump's White House Presidential Personnel Office, as a senior adviser to Project 2025 reflects the Trump-centric planning.
