Surgeon Whistleblower Alleges Texas Children’s Hospital Ignores Law Protecting Children from Transgender Procedures

A surgeon whistleblower says his savings have been “wiped out” by lawyers after he exposed a Texas hospital’s secret procedures on kids.

Dr. Eithan Haim, a former Texas Children’s Hospital surgeon, told Fox News that he has had to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars in response to an investigation against him.

The doctor is reportedly a whistleblower who is behind the release of documents that allegedly show the hospital had not abided by Texas’s ban on transgender surgeries for minors.

Texas law prohibits prescribing puberty blockers and hormones to children.

While the Texas Children’s Hospital has reportedly said it would not provide such procedures to minors, Dr. Haim came forward as a whistleblower and gave documents to journalist Christopher Rufo that allegedly expose the hospital for behaving otherwise.

The documents claim the children’s hospital has never abided by the Texas law. In one instance, a doctor allegedly surgically inserted a drug-delivery implant in an 11-year-old patient.

Dr. Haim told Laura Ingraham that shortly the documents alleging the children’s hospital engaged in this behavior went public, federal agents with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) arrived at his home and served him with a Department of Justice letter saying he was a “potential target” in a “new criminal investigation.”

The doctor has since reportedly spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to counter this probe, which has “wiped out his savings.” Dr. Haim has also since launched a GiveSendGo campaign as he continues to fight the investigation.

After Ingraham asked, “Why exactly are they saying that they’re coming after you?” Dr. Haim said:

“You know, I wish I had a good answer for that, but honestly, I couldn’t tell you. Your guess would probably be just as good as mine,” Haim replied, adding that he believes it to be a “politically motivated investigation” because of what he called HHS’ “ideological capture” and commitment to transgender ideology.

Dr. Haim believes he is being pursued by the feds because he “told the truth” about transgender procedures taking place in the Texas Children’s Hospital.

“It’s because I had told the truth, and that’s one of the things — if you counter the dominant political ideology, they’re going to come after you,” the surgeon said. “At some point, we have to fight against it.”

Hunter Biden appeared to use his substantial art sales to pay off the loan debt owed to his fixer who paid off Hunter’s overdue taxes and funded his lifestyle.

Hunter Biden’s art gallerist Georges Berges testified in January before the House Oversight and Judiciary Committees, and described to lawmakers how Hunter and his financier, Hollywood attorney Kevin Morris, used an $875,000 art sale to allow Hunter to pay back loan debt he owed to Morris, according to a transcript reviewed by the Daily Caller.

Berges told lawmakers Hunter Biden knew Morris purchased $875,000 worth of Hunter’s art out of his $1.5 million in sales.

“And, of that, $875,000 is sold to Kevin Morris, correct?” Berges was asked.

“That’s correct,” he responded.

“And he knows that Kevin Morris was a buyer of his art, right?”

“I assume so,” the gallerist answered.

Berges recalled Morris having a large art collection in his house, including a piece Hunter Biden made that Berges did not sell. Berges said he did not tell Hunter Biden that Morris bought his art, but that Hunter knew about Morris’ purchase because of the debt payment arrangement.

CONFIRMED: Iran Just Reclaimed An Oil Tanker In Gulf Of Oman That U.S. Stole Last Year

Acting under a court order, Iranian naval forces have seized a Marshall Islands-flagged oil tanker called "St. Nikolas," which reports claim is a "U.S. oil tanker," but that Iran previously owned before the United States basically stole it from Iran last year.

The incident occurred at 3:30am GMT on January 11 in the Gulf of Oman between Sohar and Muscat in Oman. According to reports, the vessel was boarded by four to five "armed unauthorized persons" who were "wearing military-style black uniforms."

The tanker was being chartered by Turkish Petroleum Refineries Corp. It was transporting 140,000 tons of Iraqi SOMO crude and was en route to Aliaga in western Turkey.

The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) authority was the first to report on the hijacking, which occurred about 50 miles east of Sohar, Oman. The vessel had "altered its course towards Iranian territorial waters, and communications with the vessel had been lost," the UKMTO revealed in an announcement.

US Launches More Strikes Against Houthis in Yemen as Escalations Continue

CENTCOM says the strikes were launched early Tuesday

The US military said Tuesday that it launched more strikes against the Houthis in Yemen as tensions in the region continue to escalate.

US Central Command claimed that it hit Houthi anti-ship missiles. “At approximately 4:15 am (Sanaa time), US Forces struck and destroyed four Houthi anti-ship ballistic missiles prepared to launch from Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen,” CENTCOM said.

But later in the day, the Houthis were able to target a Greek-owned ship in the Red Sea despite the US strikes. CENTCOM said the M/V Zografia “reported they were struck but seaworthy and were continuing their Red Sea transit. No injuries were reported.”

The Houthis, officially known as Ansar Allah, took credit for the attack and said the Zografia was bound for Israel. Houthi military spokesman Yahya Sarea said Yemeni forces “targeted the ship Zogravia, which was headed to the ports of occupied Palestine, with several adequate missiles, leaving direct hits.”

The Houthis have made clear they will not stop attacks on Israeli-linked commercial shipping until the US-backed Israeli slaughter in Gaza ends. But the US has shown no interest in pressuring the Israelis to lift the siege, and escalations continue all over the region as a result.

The strikes on Tuesday marked the third time the US bombed Yemen since Friday, when the US was joined by the UK in striking dozens of Houthi sites. As a result, the Houthis are now targeting American and British commercial shipping, and more shipping companies are suspending transits through the Red Sea, including the British oil giant Shell.

US officials have acknowledged that the strikes on Yemen did not hamper the Houthis’ offensive capabilities. The Houthis endured a brutal US-backed Saudi-led bombing campaign and blockade from 2015-2022 and only became a more formidable fighting force during that time.

A fragile ceasefire between the Saudis and the Houthis has held relatively well since April 2022, and Riyadh is distancing itself from the current US anti-Houthi operations. The US-backed Saudi war on the Houthis killed 377,000 people from 2015-2022, according to the UN. More than half died of starvation and disease caused by the siege.

Israel forbids doctors from speaking to UN group investigating Oct. 7 atrocities

Officials say commission of inquiry formed by UN Human Rights Council in 2021 is led by three people with antisemitic and anti-Israel views

The Health Ministry on Monday instructed members of the healthcare system not to cooperate with the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel, citing its perceived anti-Israel stance.

In recent weeks, senior physicians and hospital staff who treated October 7 victims and released hostages have received letters and emails from the commission, which operates under the UN Council for Human Rights. The commission requested information and interviews for its investigation of international and gender-based crimes since the beginning of the current Israel-Hamas war.

The findings of the commission’s investigations will be presented in its reports to the Human Rights Council in June and to the UN General Assembly in October.

Israel’s Kan public broadcaster reported that the Justice Ministry instructed the legal department of the Health Ministry to tell Israeli doctors and others involved in the care of October 7 victims and released hostages not to speak with the committee of inquiry.

Installed UK Prime Minister commits additional £2.5 billion to Ukraine

In May 2023, BlackRock launched a Ukraine Development Fund (“UDF”) together with the Ukrainian government to attract public and private capital to reconstruct Ukraine. That same week, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy met with Laurence D. Fink, the head of BlackRock, the world’s largest manager of assets, to discuss how to attract investment in the country’s war-ravaged economy.

While those who seek to gain from BlackRock’s initiative may hail the launch as a positive development for Ukraine’s economy, a multitude – the taxpayers of the countries that are footing the bill – will not see it as a positive development for economies of their own countries.

As reported by BNE IntelliNews, raising that much money will be hard, as Ukraine’s industry has been largely destroyed and investors are unlikely to come as long as the threat of renewed Russian aggression remains.

According to the head of the BlackRock consulting group, Charles Hatami, the reconstruction effort will create significant opportunities for investors to participate in the recovery of the Ukrainian economy. However, he added that only with the close co-operation of public and private capital will it be possible to obtain the necessary financing.

The UDF is not the only funding that is going to the Ukrainian government. The World Bank set up the Ukraine Relief, Recovery, Reconstruction and Reform Trust Fund (“URTF”) in December 2022.

“Ukraine needs about $3-4 billion a month in 2023 to continue running essential government services, including core public services in health, education and social protection,” the World Bank claimed. “Urgent investment is needed to repair destroyed energy infrastructure, roads, bridges, housing, schools and clinics.”

In December, the World Bank announced additional financial support of $1.3 billion to help sustain critical government services at national and regional levels in Ukraine.

“This round of financing for the Public Expenditures for Administrative Capacity Endurance in Ukraine (“PEACE”) project will continue to provide support for the payment of pensions for the elderly, grants to internally displaced persons, and wages for teachers, first responders and emergency services staff,” the World Bank claimed.

The World Bank estimated in March 2023 that Ukraine would have to invest $411 billion over the next ten years to recover and rebuild from the war, with just the bill for removing rubble running to $5 billion alone. $411 billion is 2.6 times greater than Ukraine’s entire gross domestic product (“GDP”) for 2022. The report calculated $135bn in direct damage to buildings and infrastructure, not counting the broader economic fallout from the more than year-long conflict.

Since February 2022, the World Bank Group has mobilised over $38 billion in financial support to Ukraine, of which nearly $33 billion has been disbursed as of 12 January 2024. “Over 90% of this financing was provided by development partners,” the World Bank said. Several funds have been created to channel aid to Ukraine. Without delving into whether the UK is contributing through other funds, the UK has given the World Bank $2 billion. Train Crash Leaves South Africa's Coal Exports Throttled

Two freight trains collided on South Africa's main coal export railway along the country's east coast, resulting in significant disruptions that have throttled mineral shipments at a top maritime export facility.

Bloomberg reports state logistics company Transnet SOC Ltd. is trying to clear the tracks after two trains collided on Sunday outside Richards Bay.

The stretch of railway runs from mines in South Africa's Mpumalanga province to the Richards Bay Coal Terminal, the continent's largest coal port. This disruption has already resulted in rail shipments to the port sinking to three-decade lows.

Major coal exporters, like Thungela Resources, Exxaro Resources, and Glencore, have been affected by the derailment.

Reuters said the rail disruption forced Thungela and Africa's biggest iron ore exporter, Kumba Iron Ore, to reduce output.

The Russian president reflected on the contested 2020 US presidential vote when discussing referendums

Elections in Russia’s new regions were honest and transparent because people showed up to vote in person, unlike the voting by mail in the US, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday.

Speaking at a meeting with municipal educators in Moscow, the Russian president brought up the 2020 American presidential election as an example of what democracy should not look like.

“It’s probably possible to falsify anything. Just like the previous elections in the US were falsified through voting by mail. Well, it’s clear what voting by mail is. They bought ballots for $10, wrote them in, and without any supervision from observers, tossed them into mailboxes. And there you go,” Putin said.

His observation came in response to a question about the voting in Kherson and Zaporozhye regions and the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, four formerly Ukrainian territories that joined Russia in 2022. No one forced people there to show up at the polls, or barred them from doing so – they simply voted with their feet, Putin said.

“What is this, if not democracy? Democracy is when people express their will,” the Russian president said.

Multiple US states changed their election rules in 2020 to allow voting via mail-in ballots, citing the Covid-19 pandemic. The final official results showed Democrat Joe Biden winning 81 million votes, the most ever in US history, over the incumbent, Republican Donald Trump.

Trump has challenged the election as “rigged,” pointing to various irregularities in half a dozen states as well as the mail-in ballots that were impossible to audit. The Democrats and most US media have denounced anyone questioning the 2020 vote as an “election denier” and insisted that everything was perfectly legitimate.

According to a February 2021 account in Time magazine, Biden became president because of a “well-funded cabal of powerful people” who were “fortifying” the election by “working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information.”

Federal Appeals Court Rejects Trump’s Request to Block Jack Smith Accessing His Twitter Feed

A federal appeals court has rejected a request from President Donald Trump to block Special Counsel Jack Smith from accessing his Twitter feed.

Smith is seeking access to the feed as part of his get-Trump “election interference” case on behalf of President Joe Biden and the Democrats.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for Washington, D.C., ruled on the matter and denied further review.

The court’s decision comes after an appellate panel had rejected the original request.

Twitter, now “X,” had initiated the appeals.

Elon Musk’s social media platform has been seeking to block special counsel access to the records the company held.

Smith had noted he could have gotten the material from the National Archives.

The National Archives gained the material after Trump left office.

However, this would have triggered notice to Trump so a search warrant was requested through X under seal and with a non-disclosure notice.

In turn, this move prevented Trump from raising any executive privilege claims over digital communications.

The four conservative judges on the appeals court dissented and would have granted en banc review.

Judge Rao (a Trump bench appointee) wrote a statement, saying the executive privilege claims should have been addressed.

“The absence of a presumptive privilege particularly threatens the Chief Executive when, as here, a third party holds presidential communications,” Rao wrote.

WEF Calls for AI to Replace Voters: ‘Why Do We Need Elections?’

World Economic Forum (WEF) founder and chairman Klaus Schwab has called for members of the general public to be excluded from election processes, arguing that voters could be replaced by artificial intelligence (AI).

Schwab made the chilling calls during a WEF interview with Google co-founder Sergey Brin.

During the discussion Schwab and Brin were discussing “digital technologies,” such as AI, and how they could be used to advance the WEF’s agenda.

“So technology now, and digital technology, mainly have an analytical power,” Schwab said as Brin nodded along obediently.

“Now, we go into predictive power and we have seen the first examples.

“Your company is very much involved in it,” Schwab said of Google.

Schwab then continued by laying out his globalist vision for “the next step” for digital technology.

“But then the next step could be to go into prescriptive mode, which means you do not even have to have elections anymore because you can already predict.

“And afterward, you can say, why do we need elections?
