Reporter: And they vowed that it would never touch Border Patrol.

Jean-Pierre: This would have forced the elimination of two thousand Border Patrol Agents

Reporter: They clearly stated at that time that Border Patrol, also Veteran's benefits and entitlements, would never be impacted by any of the reductions…this claim that you guy's are rolling out; it's the White House applying White House math to a bill that never had any appropriations.

Reporter: Last Friday, [Biden] was at a coffee shop in Pennsylvania, and he seemed to be surprised that the smoothie was six dollars…is he now realizing the cost that American's are bearing?
