>>20258133 Assassination??? PN

(This seems like the most detailed threat to PDJT yet, and not subtle at all)

Assassination attempts are on the rise worldwide — is the US next?

by Jacob Ware, opinion contributor - 01/17/24 7:45 AM ET

Barely one day passed in 2024 before another reminder was issued of one of the most serious developments in national security and terrorism — the increasing prevalence of political assassinations around the world. In South Korea, Lee Jae-myung, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, was stabbed in the neck on Jan. 2, by an assailant seemingly motivated by a corruption scandal surrounding Lee. The leader survived the attack. The attempt was just the latest in a long — and growing — line of assassination attempts against political leaders.

The United States has avoided asuccessful(?) high-profile assassination during the recent escalation in domestic political violence, but not for the lack of trying. In 2022 alone, serious plots targeted Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and conservative Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. In both cases, the would-be assassins made it all the way to their target’s home. Of note, these incidents underscore that assassination threats are not reserved by any one political ideology — they are weaponized by extremists of all stripes. Public service in the United States today often features a deluge of threats as an occupational hazard.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to diagnose the cause of this apparent rise in assassination attempts targeting various nations. In the United States, to be sure, norms of civility have frayed, driven in no small part by a former president who seems to delight in threatening violence against his political opponents. In September 2022, after Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell worked with Democrats to pass bipartisan legislation, Donald Trump posted on Truth Social that his former congressional ally “has a DEATH WISH.” More recently, Trump fumed over former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley’s conversation with representatives of the Chinese government after the Jan. 6 riots, adding, “This is an act so egregious that, in times gone by, the punishment would have been DEATH!” Such language dehumanizes political rivals, and may in turn demystify the act of killing them.

Other explanations include therising prevalence of conspiracy theories targeting politicians. In my new co-authored book, “God, Guns, and Sedition,” we explore the rise in assassination threats surrounding both the COVID pandemic and 2020 presidential election, finding that both moments galvanized conspiracy theories that placed Democratic (and even centrist Republican) politicians in the crosshairs. Indeed, the gallows erected outside the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, combined with the crowd’s promise to “Hang Mike Pence,” was evidence of this rising trend.

An even more concerning explanation might simply be a question of precedence; have proven once again that terrorists learn from one another. With this dark possibility in mind, politicians must be prepared to spend greater resources on their protection. According to the Washington Post,...

But there is also a more optimistic possibility:Assassinations are typically chosen by “accelerationist” extremistswho are particularly desperate to change the course of history and should also, therefore,be interpreted precisely as a reflection of the strength of liberal democratic order. The most critical counterterrorism measure, then, is to continue reinforcing democratic institutions, including free elections and the free press, that isolate extremism to the fringes of society. (He just laid it out, let the assassinations begin because it will change the course of history)

(This whole article is “driven in no small part" by the CFR member, who is specialist in domestic terrorism and Irregular Warfare, and he believes Guns, God and Sedition that Obama stated against US citizens, exist. These are the people pushing for Assassination. These type of comms are being released around the world. Jacob Ware is a research fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, where he studies domestic terrorism and counterterrorism… Someone should call the SS and file a report)

Democrat Frost challenges GOP to introduce bill to remove Statue of Liberty

by Lauren Irwin - 01/17/24 3:37 PM ET

Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-Fla.) challenged his Republican colleagues to introduce a bill that removes the Statue of Liberty because of their stances on immigration at the southern border.

Frost, a first-term legislator, read part of the poem “The New Colossus,” which was cast and mounted on to the lower level of the Statue of Liberty as a message to immigrants arriving at Ellis Island in the 1800s.

While at a House Oversight and Accountability Committee hearing Wednesday, Frost called out his GOP colleagues — and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (Ga.) specifically — for their treatment of immigrants and their sweeping bill H.R. 2 that would dramatically restrict the asylum process and create stricter policies and surveillance on regional migration and undocumented immigrants.

Frost said immigrants deserve better than what they are being offered.

“Don’t welcome them if you plan to reject them. If you keep pushing your bigoted H.R. 2 bill, then also pass this bill. I’ve taken the liberty of drafting it for you,” Frost said, holding up a piece of paper. “It removes the Statue of Liberty, our largest symbol that tells people to come here.”

“This is who you are, removing the fabric of America. So, I want to know which Republican, who supports and voted for H.R.2, will introduce this bill,” he continued. “If you’re gonna support H.R.2 and these bigoted measures, the least you can do is not be a damn liar.”

Frost accused GOP lawmakers of being more interested in “peddling hate” than finding solutions that will fix the immigration system.

Republicans say that the immigration bill, which passed the House last year with no support from Democrats, is necessary to stop the thousands of migrants who are arriving at the southern border.

(They don’t even care if illegals replace blacks, sick people)

China turned down Zelensky – Politico

The Ukrainian president sought Chinese support for his stalled ‘peace plan’, his head of office has said

Chinese Premier Li Qiang shot down Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s request for a meeting at the World Economic Forum(WEF) gathering in Davos this week, Politico reported on Wednesday. Several days beforehand, Ukrainian official Andrey Yermak had said that talks with China would be essential to push Kiev’s controversial “peace plan.”

A senior US official told the news site that “Beijing rejected Kiev’s request for a meeting at some point during their mutual Swiss visits,” while another American official said thatChina has ruled out any “diplomatic encounters” with Ukraineat Russia’s behest. A Ukrainian official claimed that no meeting between Li and Zelensky was ever planned, while the Chinese government refused to comment.

News of the apparent snub is a setback for Zelensky, after envoys from 83 countries gathered in the Alpine resort on Sunday to discuss Kiev’s 10-point proposal to end the conflict in Ukraine.China did not send a representative to the talks, which ended without a joint communique being issued.

Speaking to reporters after the discussion concluded, Andrey Yermak, the head of Ukraine’s presidential office, said that Kiev would “find ways to work with China” on the ‘peace plan’, before suggesting that Zelensky and Li would meet when the WEF’s annual summit began the following day.

Zelensky and Li had “ample opportunity” to talk this week, Politico noted. However, Zelensky traveled back to Ukraine on Tuesday after delivering a verbal tirade against Russia and demanding more weapons and ammunition from his Western backers, while Li focused his address to the WEF on economic issues, pitching China as a lucrative destination for foreign investment.

Zelensky’s ‘peace plan’ proposes that Russia pay reparations, surrender its officials to face war crimes tribunals, and restore Ukraine’s 1991 borders. It has been rejected by the Kremlin as “absurd,” with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov referring to it last month as a publicity stunt and “a figment of a sick imagination.”

Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis, who chaired Sunday’s discussion, has also critiqued the Ukrainian plan. Speaking to reporters on the sideline of the meeting, he said that “Russia will have to be included” for any talks to succeed in ending the conflict, emphasizing that “there will be no peace without Russia’s word.”

China presented its own 12-point peace roadmap early last year, calling for a ceasefire, peace talks, an abandonment of the “Cold War mentality,” and an end to sanctions, while promoting global economic stability and international supply chains. The roadmap was welcomed by Moscow, but was poorly received by Kiev and swiftly dismissed by the US and its allies.

(Just wait to see what Zelensky said about China after this…Zelensky just fucked himself and the country)

Zelensky throws shade at Chinese PM

Li Qiang is not a high enough official to be worth meeting, the Ukrainian president has suggested

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky claimed on Wednesday that he had not actually sought to meet Chinese Premier LiQiang at the World Economic Forum (WEF) gathering in Davos this week. The remarks come amid media reports that China’s top official shot down Zelensky’s request for a meeting at the event.

The Premier is not the person calling the shots in China, Zelensky asserted, suggesting Li was not a high enough official to be worth meeting altogether.

“There is a Chinese Premier – then our prime minister will meet with him. I would love to meet with the leader of China. As far as I know, [in China] Xi Jinping makes decisions, and in Ukraine, I make decisions. I don’t need just any dialogues; I need important decisions from the leaders who make these decisions,” Zelensky stated.

(Zelensky doesn’t understand what he’s done, he’s comparing running Ukraine the cesspool to the power of Xi running China with 3 billion + people and much more territory, he just insulted Xi and the Prime Minister, the rule of “China Fight Club, is to not insult the Powerful Leaders of China’s Fight Club”)

The snub from Zelensky comes amidmedia reports suggesting the Ukrainian president actually wanted to meet Liat the forum, but the request wasshot down by the Chinese side. Thus far, Beijing has not commented on the prospect of any high-profile meetings with the Ukrainian leadership or responded to Zelensky’s remarks.

Earlier in the day,Politico reported that China has ruled out any “diplomatic encounters” with Ukraine in Davos altogether at Russia’s behest. “Beijing rejected Kiev’s request for a meeting at some point during their mutual Swiss visits,” a senior US official told the outlet.

Another senior unnamed Ukrainian official, however, told Politico that no meeting between Li and Zelensky was ever planned to begin with. Ahead of the WEF, Zelensky’s chief of administration, Andrey Yermak, stated that talks with China would be essential to promote Kiev’s so-called “peace plan.”

The controversial 10-point proposal list, which has been promoted by Zelensky amongst Ukraine’s partners for about a year already, effectively demands Russian capitulation. Moscow has rejected the plan as an “absurd” scheme, dismissing it as a publicity stunt by Kiev.
