It's downright creepy(!) when you find the LIFE ANGEL UNSDG ORGAN DONATION* program across the alley from the Western Pacific Kindergarten and Music Home for Handicapped Children.

Particularly notable that the Duke of Wessex (Prince Edward) heads up Childrens' Charities, International School Award programs, and was in Hong Kong in 6/08/18. He looks like the man in the Q "Who is this?" (and resembles Prince William). PW wasn't in Hong Kong.

What's in the chillers/cooling chests in the photo here? Too much Max Headroom -- organ legging -- in my imagination? Not something the Royals would do, surely!
