I'm a little late to the "Who do you see?" in Q's photo but I'll add a name that I haven't seen posted yet.
To me the guy in the photo looks like Carter Page, a bit, but he looks more like PRINCE WILLIAM to me. He's tall, he has protruding zygomatic arches (cheeckbones), and he's bald. I am getting a Prince William vibe, big-time, from this guy.
