Know a person that requested medical onfo from the military. They had gone through therapy while enlisted. Military used a contractor for his treatment so no records were ever maintained. Same person was was supposed to deploy to Desert Storm, went through all the medical protocols for deployment but never actually deployed, yet still ended up with Desert storm syndrome.
