Seems like we are all just passengers and puppets to something far greater, where we experience it as 'choice', but it all already preset and determined. If the FED can put a serial number on every paper dollar in circulation, why can't we put a serial number on every vote?
Those serial numbers on every dollar bill are unique.
License plate numbers are all unique.
Americans are all unique, tied to a social security number.
So why aren't ballots issued and tracked by serial numbers? You don't have to connect a voter to a ballot, but you can at least assure they are all legit, used once, and cast by one voter.

Its either classical or jazz… scripted or improv. Can't be 'why not both', as improvisation is unplanned. An illusion of free will, perhaps, if there is a master plan.
