I have to disagree. Some of them are facts. Some of them are notable but are the best scientific method guesswork we can do, but aren't established facts. some of them are opines but are notable.

We have to cover all bases of noteworthy callouts. Not all notables are facts.

BUT we could consider tagging the ones we can 100% establish as fact, and tag it a forensic fact. in red text, like we do notables.

All facts are notable, not all notables are facts. Forensic facts is a subset.

But I like the direction.

Boy that's a toughie.

If a president is immune, Biden and Obama can't be prosecuted. Can they be prosecuted for treason even if immune? what about global crimes against humanity?

If a president is not immune, they can go after Trump. Which might be what he wants ruled on. AFter all, 'He will claim Kenyan citizenship to escape'.

I'll bet we're working on non-immunity.

Of course. But its gotten a little heavier with the Epstein files release.

Currently, the tactics are:

-malevolent derision to keep anons from posting

-division (as always) trying to raise hate for a group. The target group changes cyclically

-a little honeypotting, not much

-a lot of hatefagging to keep normies away (and to be able to point to the board later in the news as 'racisthatefascistterroristismistspinoffofthehackerknownas4chan')

-good bit of kayfabe

-good bit of 'hey Im an anon too, but I don't like trump, dont follow Q'

-And the biggieโ€ฆtrying to change the board culture to 'just a regular chat board' and not here for the mission.
