Like Anons I’m sure they all have a different personalities, but I experienced one that was not friendly. It jumped in our skiff trying to get to our bait while fishing out of LA. It barked at us as if we would bail. I was gonna shoot it but didn’t want to put a hole in the skiff so far out. While we were trying to kick it out, it bit my friend’s hand. He stood up, boat rocked and I got my foot under it and lifted it out. Went to hospital for potential rabies shot, whatever. They did not know how to treat it, had never heard of that before. Not trying to argue or slide. Just posting a story about a wild time on the ocean. I’m sure the one in video is a cool beach bum. 8 miles out, they’re not cool.
