I appreciate whomever improved on my initial research. I actually started off trying to prove to myself that it was an authentic photo taken by the scammer formerly known as "Q" by matching the lamp. After an initial "holy shit" moment that it matched came the disappointing realization that it actually matched TOO PERFECTLY with not only the lamp but how the curtains laid.

 

I spent the next hour or so looking at other pictures of the room trying to see if the curtains laid that way in any other photo, but they didn't.

 

This is obviously a photo of a photo, taken off the reflection from some surface with an Apple logo. Make no mistake–the scammer formerly known as "Q" was trying to use this as proof that he was aboard AF1.
