Buddy of mine and I were talking about all the voter stuff happening in New Hampshire and he reminded me that Massachusetts used to have a Chief Judge of their Supreme Court who's a South African.

Is that common?

Is it common for foreigners to move to the US and take over a branch of state government?

I went to Google the South African there she was, flashing the old 666 sign.
