Truth about RICO:

RICO is a bad statute that deprives citizens of their Constitutional rights. In extraordinary situations, it is granted to preserve the rights of others.

R.I.C.O. requires

• A civil conspiracy of 2 or more meeting of the minds to commit 2 or more predicate acts determined under US Cide 18 -1961

• Causation of harm must be proven (meaning a direct link from action to harm)

• The acts must have happened for a period of time between 2-10 years or effect a large amount of the population.

• There must be a legit organization used ( unwittingly or willingly)2 or more people using a legit organization to commit 2 or more predicate acts identified in the R I C O statute

the reason RICO is so bad is because it strips someone of their 6th amendment rights before being convicted.

In the case of Nathan Wade, The bank account that received the funds from the State of GA .is justified in being seized. If he comingled those funds into another account, it too must be seized.

Willis is ordered by the Court to respond but nobody has ordered Wade. He is holding the money that belongs to taxpayers. Everyone is ignoring him and his partner Chris Campbell. They had a 3rd partner who GTFO when he saw what was going on
