i found the statement of offense, and it makes the plea deal even weaker.

if the access occurred in VA?
or if any of the structured orders occurred in VA?
i think that this was intentionally worded - NOT to clear double jeopardy, but because some other legal entity already has his testimony and a plea deal somewhere else.
ONLY BECAUSE his lawyer is shitty if he accepts this deal knowing full well that there were other crimes committed.
either Awan is SO DUMB that he wouldn't tell his lawyer the truth, or the lawyer recognizes the gravity of the situation.
on top of which, this plea still sets Awan up for 30 years in prison and a 1 million dollar fine.
that's not a sweetheart deal, anywhere.
and if his lawyer knows the full scope - do you think he'd advise that position?
and then taunt with the "there never was a missing server"?
