That statute is based on the principle that another jurisdiction can prosecute him for crimes committed in that district. It does not say any district in this country can prosecute him for crimes committed outside the district.

You're right, we may never know. But I am holding out hope that his plea deal can be overturned by a military tribunal. His crimes are so significant that a tribunal is the proper place for him to be tried. I want to trust that Q feels as strongly about reason and espionage as we do.

I have expanded my thinking and I am very open minded. And I DO get it. If you want to be happy they left open a way for him to be charged with destruction of federal property vs the greater offenses of espionage and the like, well, good for you. Huber has shit because the DA exonerated him for ALL non violent crimes. WHY????? He was only charged with bank fraud. Why give him blanket protection? Makes no sense.

You're wrong. Read about Venue for prosecuting crimes.

ONLY if he committed crimes in another district, can the venue be moved to that district under 3 conditions.

I don't believe so. He lived and worked in the DC area.
