Original pictures doesn't mean taken by oneself.
NSA has it all - access to every phone and picture taken on this phone/device
So the picture(s) could also be from previous Admin or the bad actors. Stored by the NSA. NSA has deleted every useless data from law abiding citizens and kept the bad actor data.
This is my take.. Maybe one of Obamas kids made this picture bragging in school? who knows.
