So, it's funny coming from me, b/c I was a long time atheist then agnostic under the premise of, "can't disprove God, so, have to acknowledge the possibility) and then w/the 2020 election for some weird reason, just found myself KNOWING there is God.
Anyway, that personal bullsh*t aside, the premise of you question removes God from the equation.
Considering the moral issue(s) around the murder of convenience (aka abortion), and the profundity of life, I don't think it is reasonable to remove God from this equation. Therefore, by reinstating God into the equation, your assertion insinuates, if not flatly accuses, God of making a mistake.
God can do anything, but I don't think mistakes are his foray - unless, he is merely presenting the would be mother with a moral choice to test her free will. Even still, "mistake" doesn't seem to be the correct nomenclature.
