Here's the key anon. He can't be charged for any other non violent crime in DC, thanks to the plea deal. He was exonerated of all crimes that he was not even charged with. He can not be prosecuted for a crime that was not committed in another district. Since he lived and worked in the DC area, that pretty much let's him walk.
The only hope we have is that he will go before a military tribunal and that can override a Superior Court ruling.
