In a previous bread, with help from street view and web we established Q photo was taken between Feb 2015, and January 2017.

I've just found another photo without the signs from 13th December 2016.

So now it's between Feb 2015 and December 2016.

HKAnon, any ideas when the signs were taken down on Portland Street?

Also, the brown shop/restaurant on the left corner of Portland Street / Hamilton in Q's pic - that's pretty new - any idea when that opened.
