Not banned. But could potentially be deleted. VS is posting so much that it would be easy to mistake a dig for spam when he's going fast and furious.
BEST WAY to distinguish is to NAME THE DIG at the top and to post the date in red text. Most real digs will have current dates. VS sometimes posts articles but they're usually old.
Will alert BVs to the problem, ask them to double check the ip hashes. VS has a pretty distinctive posting history.
Also, could you give some more info on the digs you're doing here? Would also help.

The site is what it is - a free to use, no frills place to do Q-based research. Everyone here uses workarounds, including admins. If things aren't the way you want them, kindly adapt or move on.
