a play can be performed with modifications and a good actor on the stage can make the part believable.
also: the actor often gets to choose the role that they play.
and if they don't like the outcome of their behavior they can go 'off script'.
obviously you know that there are real people here because you interact with the anon.
but my question for you is can you break from the juvenile (like 9th grade) psudeo existentialism and start being a good actor.
the whole 'it's an illusion, an illusion' bit is tiring.
we are in the real world
we can quote great playwrights, and ponder what they were going on about.
We can weep for Ophelia (I'd say we can't help but weep for her) even though she's but a character in a play, and we can ponder the depravity of her clan (who destoryed themselves).
but from time to time we have to be 'for real'.
so can you try that out for a time?
