No she didn't. She did her job and interpreted the law as it is written. Though not what everyone wanted, I see nothing wrong with her ruling. It's not the SC's job to please everyone. You can't always get what you want, clown, and whining for it doesn't help either.
Listen, One Post Clown, I know you think that her ruling is a point of incitement to exploit, to keep people from focusing on what her ruling exposes: That the Biden administration is actively and willingly weakening the border and allowing the invasion.
And I totally support Abbot's decisions too. If the federal government is willingly violating federal law for political purposes for the gain of one party, he will ignore the law to protect the border that the Biden administration is abdicating their duty from.
