Update on ABQ Police Department DWI corruption

In an anon nutshell, the $5K-$10k that attorney's were charging those arrested on charges of DWI, $1K-$2K was being "kicked back" to the arresting officers… allegedly attorney's were showing up to DWI checkpoints and handing out business cards to the arresting officers on scene. Classic corruption.
