You just have to get used to using your computer without any privacy. They see everything you're doing, even direct access to what you're seeing on your screen. It's called Firmware, which is basically software built into the hardware. It's how the term Plug & Play comes from, so you can use all sorts of hardware without installing drivers. Where are all the computer parts made? (Taiwan / China) Where is all the Software written? India. As I said, Firmware is the biggest issue. Best analogy for Firmware is like you'll buy a Health Supplement but the bottle is laced with Lead.
Unless you know how to solder computer parts on the Nano scale, then it doesn't matter what OS you use, or how complicated your passwords are. It might deter amateur hackers, but the 3 letter agencies have access to your computer for sure. You're up against super computers and AI on top of that.
