John Kirby [White House press conference]: I don't have any decisions with respect to that to speak to…I don't have anything on it.

Reporter: I see, in poll after poll, [Biden] doesn't get his approval rating, in terms of how he's managing the US economy, really above the low forties. How do you explain that?

Dalton: This is not going to; things don't just, you know, happen overnight here. The American people have been through a rough period during the pandemic, and this has been three years of a strong recovery, but a recovery…we're also seeing, by virtually every indication, that the economy is humming.
