Today's companies fire people who knew their job and were qualified in order to replace them with a low paying replacement diversity hires.
Companies practice policy's that you can just "show and tell" them the procedures and teach the low IQ how to do a job so you can be replaced.
If this was back in the day, you would never share your trade or trade secrets with anybody. They have to figure out the life skills and trade skills themselves.
It will return this way again if the diversity hiring shit doesn't stop.
