SICK: German Justice Minister Wants to Downgrade Possession and Distribution of Child P*rn From a Crime Into a Misdemeanor!

Germany’s failing governing coalition is led by the most unpopular Chancellor of this century, Olaf Scholz.

And just when we thought that this government couldn’t get any worse, it turns out it could – and much worse.

It was just 3 years ago when Germany decided to reform and strengthen Section 184b of the Criminal Code: then Justice Minister Christine Lambrecht oversaw the change that changed ‘the distribution, acquisition and possession of child pornographic content’ from a misdemeanor to a crime.

Now, there is a real risk of a year-long prison sentence.

Lambrecht’s successor as Justice Minister, Marco Buschmann, wants to downgrade the offense to a misdemeanor again – and they are doing it with unconvincing justifications.

“A corresponding draft law is to be passed by the cabinet: The minimum sentence will then be significantly less than one year in prison (the maximum sentence remains of up to ten years). The FDP man is thus responding to practical demands.

Lawyers, public prosecutors and judges complain that the tightening is unrealistic. Because: The judiciary complains that it has to increasingly investigate parents or teachers who find relevant material on children’s cell phones and forward it to the police.”

Judges complain that they have to pursue cases that don’t belong in the criminal courts.

“Bavaria’s Justice Minister Georg Eisenreich (53, CSU) explains to BILD: ‘We want to prosecute child molesters, not parents who warn other parents about child pornography’.”

Reporters from the German paper BILD decided to ask the Federal Ministry of Justice: ‘In how many cases were parents or teachers actually investigated?’

The numbers are not available.

“There is criticism of the defusing. Rainer Becker, honorary chairman of German Children’s Aid, says: ‘What the Federal Minister of Justice has planned is a real hammer. His view is extremely friendly to perpetrators – that makes me very concerned’.”

Buschmann is not even alone in his regrettable stance. German Interior Minister Nancy Faeser has also spoken out ‘in favour of toning down legislation governing sexual offences in Germany’.

Bridgeport Democrat Mayor Wins Race After His Associate Is Caught Stuffing the Local Ballot Drop Boxes with Bags of Ballots

Mayor Joe Ganim won another victory on Tuesday in the Bridgeport, Connecticut special election for the Democratic primary for mayor. Ganim quickly claimed victory after winning the in-person tally by 274 votes.

In November a local judge overturned the initial primary election after Wanda Geter-Pataky, the Vice Chairwoman of the Democratic Town Clerk and a vocal supporter of incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim, was caught on video stuffing the ballot drop boxes with dozens if not hundreds of absentee ballots.

So Mayor Ganim won again on Tuesday against John Gomes in the Democrat primary.

A Democrat Judge in Connecticut overturned the results of the Bridgeport Democratic mayoral primary.

Superior Court Judge William Clark ordered a new election to be held, citing bombshell video evidence of election fraud as the basis for his decision. The ruling has far-reaching implications, not just for Bridgeport but for the entire country, as it sets a precedent for ongoing and future cases involving mail-in ballot fraud.

The Gateway Pundit reported in September that mayoral candidate John Gomes’ campaign released a damning video showing evidence of election fraud in the Bridgeport Democratic primary. The video has prompted an investigation by the Bridgeport Police Department for “possible misconduct.”

The video on the Gomes campaign’s Facebook page shows a woman dropping stacks of ‘illegal’ ballots into an absentee ballot box outside the Bridgeport government center, where the city’s Registrar of Voters office is located.

The Gomes campaign was able to identify the woman in the footage as Wanda Geter-Pataky, the Vice Chairwoman of the Democratic Town Clerk and a vocal supporter of incumbent Mayor Joe Ganim, who is seeking reelection. Gomes’ campaign claims that the video shows Geter-Pataky dropping off stacks of absentee ballots ahead of the September 12th primary.

“Video surveillance proving that the mayoral election was unequivocally stolen through corruption within City Hall by tampering with absentee ballots,” John Gomes said on his Facebook page.

“This is an undeniable act of voter suppression and a huge civil rights violation. It’s time to restore lasting credibility to our city’s democracy. Once and for ALL. Enough is enough!” he added.

Microsoft To Fire 1,900 Workers Across Gaming As Its Market Cap Hits $3 Trillion

Microsoft, which is hitting a daily all time high every day now because supposedly everyone will be using some AI version of MS Office (right before they are laid off thanks to, well, AI) and just surpassed a $3 trillion market cap, announced it would lay off 1,900 people across its video-game divisions including at Activision Blizzard (maker of such iconic games as Call of Duty, World of Warcraft and Diablo), which it purchased for $69 billion in an acquisition that closed late last year, and which was supposed to be the source of growth before MSFT realized that OpenAI (which is neither open, nor is its woke chatbot actually AI) is a far more golden goose. Some are wondering if MSFT bought the game maker just to lay off most of its staff (spoiler alert: yes).

According to Bloomberg, in an email to staff, Microsoft gaming chief Phil Spencer wrote that the cuts represented about 8% of Microsoft’s 22,000 gaming workers. Other video-game companies, including Riot Games, have also enacted mass layoffs.

“Together, we’ve set priorities, identified areas of overlap, and ensured that we’re all aligned on the best opportunities for growth,” Spencer wrote.

NATO is a “walking war machine” that has been spreading chaos across Asia since its formation, Chinese Defense Ministry spokesman Wu Qian told reporters on Thursday, accusing the bloc of using the specter of a dominant Beijing to foment regional conflict.

Wu appeared to be referencing comments made by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg during the World Economic Forum last week, in which the bloc’s leader attempted to frame its buildout in Asia as a response to purported Chinese aggression.

“It should be said that NATO is a walking ‘war machine,’ and wherever it appears, it brings disorder everywhere,” Wu said, referencing “inappropriate statements by the NATO Secretary General regarding China.”

“This is not about NATO moving into Asia, but instead about the fact that China is coming close to us,” Stoltenberg told attendees at the exclusive Davos gathering, insisting the US-led alliance remains “regional” in its focus.

Wu cautioned NATO against deliberate provocations, urging the bloc to treat China and its military development “objectively and rationally, and do something beneficial to world peace,” according to Xinhua.

Despite its moniker seemingly limiting its sphere of influence to the North Atlantic Ocean, NATO has openly courted Asian allies in an effort to counter China’s growing power. Its members already include countries thousands of kilometers from the Atlantic, such as Türkiye and Bulgaria, although Article 6 of its charter specifies that the mutual defense agreement at its core only applies to territories in Europe and North America, plus islands north of the Tropic of Cancer.

In August, US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan explicitly denied Washington was seeking to create a “NATO for the Pacific” with the establishment of a trilateral defense partnership with Japan and South Korea, even as President Joe Biden heralded a “new era” of collaboration with Washington’s regional allies. You’re Probably Already on a Government Extremism List

Over the years the federal government has continued to expand its ever growing list of mundane and arbitrary activities which can land average citizens on a terrorist watch list, subject to every degree of illegal surveillance and ill treatment in its pursuit of total control.

According to the FBI, you may be an anti-government extremist if you’ve:

a) purchased a Bible or other religious materials,

b) used terms like “MAGA” and “Trump,”

c) shopped at Dick’s Sporting Goods, Cabela’s, or Bass Pro Shops,

d) purchased tickets to travel by bus, cars, or plane,

e) all of the above.

In fact, if you selected any of those options in recent years, you’re probably already on a government watchlist.

That’s how broadly the government’s net is being cast in its pursuit of domestic extremists.

We’re all fair game now, easy targets for inclusion on some FBI watch list or another.

When the FBI is asking banks and other financial institutions to carry out dragnet searches of customer transactions—warrantlessly and without probable cause—for “extremism” indicators broadly based on where you shop, what you read, and how you travel, we’re all in trouble.

Clearly, you don’t have to do anything illegal.

You don’t even have to challenge the government’s authority.

Frankly, you don’t even have to care about politics or know anything about your rights.

All you really need to do in order to be tagged as a suspicious character, flagged for surveillance, and eventually placed on a government watch list is live in the United States.

This is how easy it is to run afoul of the government’s many red flags.

In fact, all you need to do these days to end up on a government watch list or be subjected to heightened scrutiny is use certain trigger words (like cloud, pork and pirates), surf the internet, communicate using a cell phone, limp or stutter, drive a car, stay at a hotel, attend a political rally, express yourself on social media, appear mentally ill, serve in the military, disagree with a law enforcement official, call in sick to work, purchase materials at a hardware store, take flying or boating lessons, appear suspicious, appear confused or nervous, fidget or whistle or smell bad, be seen in public waving a toy gun or anything remotely resembling a gun (such as a water nozzle or a remote control or a walking cane), stare at a police officer, question government authority, or appear to be pro-gun or pro-freedom.

We’re all presumed guilty until proven innocent now.

It’s just a matter of time before you find yourself wrongly accused, investigated and confronted by police based on a data-driven algorithm or risk assessment culled together by a computer program run by artificial intelligence.

For instance, a so-called typo in a geofence search warrant, which allows police to capture location data for a particular geographic area, resulted in government officials being given access to information about who went where and with whom within a two-mile long stretch of San Francisco that included churches, businesses, private homes, hotels, and restaurants.

State Department Refuses to Condemn Israel Shooting Group of Palestinians Waving White Flag

One Palestinian was killed, and the US says it's up to the IDF to determine if the incident should be investigated

The State Department on Wednesday refused to condemn the shooting of unarmed Palestinian men waving a white flag in the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis, a scene that was captured on video by the UK’s ITV News.

The footage shows an interview with a group of Palestinian men who had their hands raised and said they were trying to locate and rescue their family members. The cameraman then went across the street, and the video shows the men walking down the street with their hands still raised and one holding a white flag.

The man came under fire, and one was killed. A Palestinian videographer who was at the scene told NBC News that the fire came from nearby Israeli tanks. NBC reported that it viewed and verified nine videos of the incident and said the killing took place in an area Israel designated as a “safe zone.”

A reporter for ITV confronted State Department spokesman Vedant Patel about the killing and asked if he would consider it a potential war crime. Patel said he needed more context.

“I have seen that footage, but I am not going to comment on the specifics around that given I’m not aware of the full circumstances on the ground,” Patel said. He continued, saying Israel’s onslaught in Gaza is not an “American operation,” but the US has provided unconditional military aid, intelligence support, and political cover for the slaughter, which has killed over 25,000 Palestinians.

Asked if he would support an investigation into the killing, Patel said it was up to the Israeli military. “That is for the IDF to undertake and to determine based on the circumstances of that situation,” he said.

Patel was also asked about the Israeli tank shelling of a UN shelter in Khan Younis, which occurred on Wednesday. He claimed the US “deplores” the attack but refused to say if the US would discuss it with Israel. “I’m not going to read out every single conversation that we have with the Israelis, ” he said.

US 'Deplores' Israeli Shelling Of UN Shelter In Gaza, Mass Casualties Reported

The Biden administration has issued a statement saying the US "deplores the deadly attack on a UN shelter in Gaza." Earlier in the day Palestinian sources and UN officials said at least nine civilians were killed and another 75 injured after two tank rounds scored a direct hit on a United Nations training center in southern Gaza.

Hundreds of displaced Gazans were taking shelter there when the attack unfolded. The casualties were so high because the tank shelling set off a large blaze at the facility, UN officials said.

Khan Younis is experiencing some of the most intense ground fighting between the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Hamas since the start of the war.

"Thomas White, head of Gaza operations for the agency, known as UNRWA, said that the center in the southern city of Khan Younis had been unreachable for two days and that people were trapped," the NY Times reports. "Khan Younis has been hit by heavy fighting as Israel says it is hunting down Hamas leaders, leaving hospitals and other facilities in the middle of a war zone." At least two major hospitals are said to be besieged in the southern city.

Is NASA’s ‘Temperatures Are Rising’ graph evidence of global warming or evidence of widespread fraud?

On NASA’s website is a tab labelled “Facts.” Clicking on “Facts” displays various menu options alongside a quote from the UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (“IPPC”): “Scientific evidence for warming of the climate system is unequivocal.”

The term “climate system” is vague and subject to the occasional reinterpretation as required. But on another webpage, NASA is more specific. ‘Scientific Consensus: Earth’s Climate is Warming’ is the title of the webpage listing selected quotes from selected institutions, including two from the IPPC

On another webpage, NASA shows a graph titled ‘A World of Agreement: Temperatures Are Rising’. The graph depicts the latest annual temperatures from 5 different research groups, working independently.

“Collectively, the past five years are the warmest years in the modern record,” NASA states.

In a short video titled ‘‘Imaginary Heat Record’, Heller discusses the graph above.

“The [lines] show five different [research] groups which have generated nearly identical graphs from 1880 to the present,” he said.

Showing NASA’s map of the world where temperature data is collected from, Heller said: “NASA uses this map to convince people that they have very good global coverage of the temperature record but unfortunately this is propaganda, not reality.”

For temperatures in 1880, there are temperature records from only a few areas and so there is very little coverage of the Earth, Heller explained. “Almost none in Africa and very little in Asia,” he said.

Data for 1880 from the UK’s Climatic Research Unit doesn’t fare any better. “They have none from the southern hemisphere,” he said.

“This coverage [of 1880 data] is grossly inadequate to calculate a global temperature,” Heller said.

“The only plausible explanation for the close agreement in these graph [lines] is that these different [research] groups are not independent at all, [the researchers are] actually colluding to produce the same graph,” he said.

“[The] graph [above] is not evidence of global warming. Rather, it’s evidence of widespread fraud.”

Heller then turned to recent temperature records. He explained how the urban heat island effect corrupts the entire temperature record using the example of Kinshasa, the Democratic Republic of the Congo’s (“DRC’s”) capital and one of the largest cities in the world. “[The] urban heat island at Kinshasa corrupts the entire DRC temperature record,” he said.

“These five [lines on the] graph are fake at both ends. Most academic climate science assumes the accuracy of this graph. Billions of taxpayer dollars are diverted into climate academia to produce meaningless reports based on fake data.”

The US Has The Biggest Govt In The History Of The World… By A Very Wide Margin

How does it feel to have the largest government that the planet has ever seen?

When I was growing up, I was taught that we had a capitalist system and that we had a limited federal government. Of course neither of those things has been true for a very long time. Today, the United States has the biggest government in the history of the world, and it gets even bigger with each passing year. Running that gigantic government requires more money than we actually have, and so we are going into staggering amounts of debt.

But there is no way that our politicians will ever agree to reduce the size of the federal government to an appropriate size. So we are stuck with this system until the day when it finally collapses.

Let me give you some numbers that illustrate what I am talking about.

Approximately 3 million people work directly for the federal government.

The federal government spent 6.13 trillion dollars in 2023. That figure is larger than the GDP of every nation on the entire planet except for the U.S. and China.

More than 70 million Americans are on Social Security.

More than 65 million Americans are on Medicare.

More than 81 million Americans are on Medicaid.

More than 41 million Americans are on food stamps.

Of course there are many more programs that hand out money to the population on a regular basis.

We have reached a stage where most U.S. households are at least partially dependent on the federal government.

We very much prefer not to call ourselves “socialists”, but that is precisely what we are. Sadly, if we attempted to go back to the way things were 100 years ago, most Americans would not know how to survive.

The massively bloated federal government that so many of us depend upon constantly consumes enormous mountains of money.

We cannot provide enough money to keep it going, and so the federal government has been piling up insane amounts of debt.

Since 1980, the size of the U.S. national debt has gone from 1 trillion dollars to 34 trillion dollars.

I watched an interesting doco a while ago about how they have moved all the weather monitoring stations to near the aircon units at major facilities. And that test showed the aircons were increasing the air temp near the stations.
