I guess it does. Cops took an Oath to take a bullet for me as my Servant. I've only ever had bad experiences with a Cop. As soon as you give them an excuse to fuck you over, they'll take it. Obviously there are good ones out there but, in general, they do what they want and are above the law - everyone knows it.

Oh, I just looked it up. The Officer's Oath of Honor is actually super vague.
