Wednesday, 16-year-old Sihayr Dickerson was found with a fully loaded .22 caliber rifle just across the street from Scranton High School.
On Thursday, the Scranton School District canceled in-person classes and a second teenager was arrested in the plan to shoot a rival gang member.
