The federal judicial Power resides in the Supreme Court and its "inferior" courts. See U.S. Constitution, Sec. III, Art. I.

An inferior court is tarnishing the reputation, and therefore Power, of the Supreme Court. Hopefully, the SC isn't too cucked that it will not hesitate to take action in a case like this, that I would characterize as a banana-republic type of case.

They need to step in on some of these cases, to retain their judicial Power. Othewise, they begin to look like just another political organ of a banana-republic.

imagine being so cucked that you would blame someone who has nothing to do with your job for your failure

or, imagine being so retarded and so dishonest that you would say that someone who is not worthy of being your party's candidate, someone who is "unelectable", is also so powerful that they can stop you from doing your job as a senate
