they are all going to get cleaned up.
when POTUS talks about infrastructure… know that it is coming.
rebuild the infrastructure (sans mobsters - gov't, bankers, russian, et al)… cleaned up infrastructure… money in pocket of people with jobs/tax breaks… with that people have pride… then they start cleaning up their areas… throwing paint on their homes, etc.
when you're broke and you think the area around you stinks - and is corrupt… you don't think about "improvements".
